Services

Up to 12 service groups and for every service group up to 12 services (questions) can be set up. Every question can be configured individually.

Order of display

The order in which the services are shown in the questionnaire as well as the order in which the service groups and services are displayed on the webpage can be configured.

View results in real time

Results can be viewed as soon as they are registered. Analyze the ratings in charts or graphs using the available hierarchies and filters. Read the comments to identify and eliminate the underlying root cause to create an action or to manage the expectations.

Hierarchy framework

Using the predefined framework you can set up your own hierarchies. You will be able to online monitor service scorecards from three different hierarchal perspectives and judge how your service providers are really performing. .

Multi lingual

You can create as many languages as you want. Every text used in UPOS can be adapted and translated to your own preferences.

News items

Up to 10 news items can be displayed at the home page. The number of news items to be viewed can be set. If you choose to show zero items the news section will be left out.

Identity management

Option to set-up user groups to define roles and to authorize / restrict functionality to be used. By linking a user to a user group the roles, which the user is allowed to fulfill, are set and the functionality to be used is restricted to the authorized profile of the user group.
